Before your skin, there is you. In the many years I have spent working with people, I have learned one thing: very often, when someone sits in front of me and talks to me about their skin, after a few minutes they stop talking only about skin. They tell me about themselves. About a difficult time. About a change. About how tired they feel. About something they no longer recognize when looking in the mirror. Or, quite simply, about life.
And it is precisely from here that TI ASCOLTO was born.
It is not an aesthetic consultation.
It is not a psychological session.
It is not a space where someone necessarily needs to have a problem.
It is time dedicated to you.
A moment when you can call me and tell me whatever you want. You can talk to me about your skin, if you feel the need, but you can also not mention it at all.
You can tell me how you are.
What you are going through.
What you would like to change.
Or simply something that you need to say to someone who, in that moment, is there to truly listen to you.
WHY AM I DOING THIS?
Because I believe that taking care of someone begins long before applying a cream. It begins with attention. With looking at a person and not just seeing a face, an age, a wrinkle, a spot, or an imperfection. For me, it means being able to say: “I see you.” And sometimes, to truly see someone, you must first listen to them. This is the heart of Debbycan. I created products to take care of the skin, but over the years I realized that what I want to build is something greater: a place where people can feel seen, welcomed, and considered in their entirety. That is why I LISTEN TO YOU. TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF was born.
HOW IT WORKS
You can book your "I’m Listening" session and choose to speak with me.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to know where to begin.
And above all, you don’t need to buy anything.
This is not a sales call, and its purpose is not to sell you a product or a treatment.
If, during our conversation, something regarding your skin spontaneously comes up and I can be of professional assistance, I will be happy to do so.
But that is not why we are there.

I want to offer something much simpler and, perhaps for this very reason, precious: my presence, my time, and my listening.
