For years we have been taught that there is "dry," "oily," or combination skin, as if it were a label destined to remain the same forever.
The reality is very different.
Skin is a living organ. It constantly changes and interacts with everything that happens inside and outside of us. Hormones, stress, diet, and even emotions influence its balance every day.
How many times have you had perfect skin one week and felt it completely different the next? It's not a coincidence.
LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR SKIN
The first step to achieving healthy skin is not to buy dozens of products, but to learn to observe it. Skin may need more hydration today, a rebalancing action tomorrow, and a soothing treatment after a particularly intense day.
For this reason, I don't believe in rigid routines, but I do believe in intelligent skincare, capable of adapting to the skin's changes and not the other way around.
YOU DON'T NEED 100 PRODUCTS
One of the most common mistakes is using too many cosmetics at once. Overloading the skin often means confusing it, irritating it, and altering its natural barrier function.
It's much better to choose a few products formulated with functional ingredients and learn to adjust them according to current needs.
The quality of use is much more important than the quantity of products.
INGREDIENTS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
When I design a cosmetic, I never start with the packaging or marketing, but I start with your needs and, of course, the ingredients. Each of them must have a precise function, work in synergy with the others, and offer a real benefit to the skin.
Cosmetics should not chase trends, but build results over time through effective formulas studied in detail.
SKIN TELLS OUR STORY
Every face is unique.
There is no perfect skin, but skin that asks to be understood.
Skin communicates what we are experiencing: fatigue, emotions, changes, the passage of time, and the way we choose to take care of ourselves.
That's why skincare is not just a simple aesthetic gesture, but goes far beyond.
It's a moment of listening; every day, look at yourself in the mirror with different eyes. Don't look for a flaw to correct, but a message to understand.
Your skin speaks.
Learning to listen to it is the first step to making it shine.
Take care to shine, dear friend, always.
With affection, Debbycan.
